Birita Poulsen

Birita is a highly energetic sports enthusiast from the beautiful Faroe Islands. She’s also a biomedical and management engineer and a competitive sports person who plays to win. She’s competed internationally as part of the Faroese National Team in Artistic Gymnastics and Road Cycling, plus she also holds the title of Denmark’s Team Ninja Warrior. She's a people lover who thrives at conquering any challenges she partakes in, and loves to optimise everything she’s a part of. With her positive and driven attitude, Birita’s joyful approach to life is infectious! Expect to reach for the stars during her classes and have lots of fun doing so.
