Jerald Kang
Three words to describe Jerald are 'encouraging', 'warm' and (slightly) 'quirky'. He is a certified personal trainer with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and a firm believer that fitness and strength is for everyone. From adrenaline-fueled days of skateboarding to the rhythmic movements of capoeira and the raw strength of powerlifting, Jerald's journey through the world of fitness has been nothing short of dynamic. He even once held a Powerlifting World Record when he was a junior! School Physical Educator by morning, fitness coach by night, expect Jerald to be an expert in spreading health and fitness to all age groups no matter the background.
