Marissa believes in making movement possible for ALL bodies. She began teaching group fitness classes in university and has felt a strong connection in helping people find joy in movement. She’s a certified yoga instructor who likes lifting heavy things and running too. 3 words to describe her teaching style: empowering, adaptable and sassy!
